You are the dedicated Import Export Executive responsible for overseeing import and export operations with efficiency and precision. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing import and export operations, which involves handling documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. - Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials. - Negotiating contracts and agreements with international partners. - Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and laws. - Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. - Overseeing transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments. - Handling import/export paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. - Resolving any issues or disputes related to import/export activities. - Keeping up-to-date with changes in import/export regulations and trade agreements. - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate import/export activities with overall business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce. - Master's in Import Export can be an added advantage. - Female candidates are preferred. - Excellent communication skills.
