Job Title: Warehouse Manager*

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the warehouse facility, ensuring efficient operations and optimal use of resources. Your primary duties will include supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

1. *Staff Supervision:* Manage and lead a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

2. *Inventory Management:* Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to accurately track stock levels, conduct regular audits, and minimize discrepancies.

3. *Shipping and Receiving:* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying orders, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring timely fulfillment.

4. *Space Utilization:* Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space efficiency and facilitate easy access to inventory.

5. *Safety Compliance:* Enforce safety regulations and best practices to promote a secure working environment, including proper equipment usage and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

6. *Quality Assurance:* Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of products, including inspecting incoming shipments and monitoring outgoing orders.

7. *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction, implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

8. *Customer Service:* Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly, resolving any issues or complaints that arise.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*Additional Requirements:*

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
