Job Summary

The Import & Export Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring compliance with DGFT regulations and EPCG procedures. The role involves coordination with customs authorities, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Manage import and export operations from initiation to completion.
Prepare and maintain accurate export and import documentation in compliance with DGFT norms.
Handle customs clearance processes, including coordination related to EPCG procedures.
Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities for smooth clearances.
Coordinate effectively with suppliers and customers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.
Ensure compliance with applicable foreign trade policies, customs regulations, and company procedures.
Maintain records and reports related to shipments, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
Good knowledge of import/export documentation, DGFT guidelines, and customs procedures.
Experience in handling EPCG-related documentation and compliance is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
