Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with strong knowledge of Hospital Management Software (HMS) to lead software deployment and client onboarding across India. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementation, ensure seamless transition for clients, and act as a bridge between technical teams and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HMS implementation projects, from requirement gathering to successful go-live.

Conduct client requirement analysis, system configuration, customization, and user training.

Collaborate with internal product and development teams to address client-specific needs.

Ensure timely project execution while maintaining high quality standards.

Manage client communication, expectations, and provide on-site/remote support during rollout.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Document implementation processes and provide feedback for product enhancement.

Travel to client locations across India as required for implementation and support.

Key Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Hospital Management Software (HMS) implementation.

Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, hospital operations, and HMS modules.

Excellent project management, client handling, and communication skills.

Ability to train hospital staff and provide post-implementation support.

Flexibility to travel to any client location across India.

Base Location: Hyderabad Head Office.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling multiple HMS implementation projects.

Knowledge of database systems (SQL) and basic technical troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
