Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive (Fresher) to join our team in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will coordinate department activities, maintain accurate task data, and ensure effective communication and issue resolution between clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations and task assignments within the assigned department.
• Maintain and update task-wise data of every team member using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Regularly monitor and respond to WhatsApp groups, emails, and messages from clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client queries or issues are resolved at the earliest.
• Follow up with team members for task status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in generating daily or weekly reports on departmental performance.
• Act as a communication bridge between the department and other internal teams.

Skills Required:

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Quick follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and office communication tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
