Implementation Manager

The Manager Implementation plays a pivotal role in the business and carries a high level of responsibility. You will oversee all operational areas of the business and play a central role in supporting business growth. Interacting directly with both customers and providers, you will manage a team of associate managers and operations executives. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions at top customers with high ticket size. You must ensure timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems, including providing training. Additionally, you will manage and coach a team of mid-market associate managers and operations executives. Travel to client locations may be required to understand their needs, train them about SaaS solutions, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Designing and setting up processes, as well as working on continuous improvement of the set processes, will be part of your role. You will collaborate with the technical team to set up or configure the SaaS software platform as per clients" requirements and troubleshoot any technical issues raised by them. Setting and monitoring KPIs to assess projects, implementing systems and processes that deliver improvement towards 100% conformance to client requirements, and researching and analyzing new products for implementation will also be key responsibilities. Understanding and interpreting client requirements and objectives, serving as the main point of contact between the client and the organization, managing client expectations, addressing concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining project documentation, preparing and delivering regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders are essential aspects of this role. Desired Skills and Requirements: - Excellent documentation and communication skills, both oral and written. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
