To support our growth, we are opening a position with the Professional Services team for an experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to help fulfil our mission to digitize the customer operations using our award-winning technology.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementations. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering customized AI and BI solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality implementation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualification

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to BI/Analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

  BI tools

  (e.g., Power BI, Superset etc.), with preference for

  SuperSet

  .
• Solid understanding of

  SQL

  , with preference for

  MySQL

  .
• Proven ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for dashboards.
• Experience in data modelling, KPIs, and building performance reports.

• Bachelor or Master's degree

  in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehouse concepts with preference for

  Boomi

  .
• Experience working in environments with

  large datasets

  and performance tuning for queries.
