Job Overview:

Implementation Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging
Direct Trust / Direct Secure Messaging
standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate secure messaging into healthcare applications.
Develop and maintain Java-based applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing implementations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and data security guidelines.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in software development and implementation.
Strong proficiency in
Java
(Core Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs).
Hands-on experience with
Direct Trust / Direct Secure Messaging
standards.
Understanding of
healthcare interoperability protocols (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
