BlueKaktus, India's leading digital transformation partner for the fashion ecosystem, is looking for Implementation Consultant, who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing ERP implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Client On boarding and needs assessment.

•Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and expectations.

•Develop detailed implementation plans based on client needs.

•Ensure alignment of client goals with the implementation strategy.

•Project Management & Risk Assessment.

•System Configuration and Customization

•Training and Support to end user /stack holder

•Quality Assurance and Testing

•Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management

•Continuous Improvement and Best Practices

•Project Reporting and Documentation

QUALIFICATION: -

• Any graduate, bachelors / master's degree in computer science, information technology or an equivalent.

• Freshers from NIFT is preferred or 4-6 months Experience in End to End ERP Implementation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Basic knowledge of databases and applications.

• Excellent Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Visio Skills preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

Job Requirement

• Experience in Garment Based ERP Implementations Preferred.

• Location: Based in Faridabad, with the ability to travel pan India.

• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, managing timelines and escalations effectively.

• Ability to understand client business requirements and prepare functional documents.

• Work effectively in a team environment spanning multiple locations. Open to short-term and long-term travel, both within and outside India.

• Ability to follow up with the development team and ensure timely deliveries.
