Human Resources (HR) Implant
The HR Implant will be responsible for embedding HR practices and policies within the organization, acting as a direct liaison between employees and management. The primary focus is to ensure that HR functions are seamlessly integrated into the daily operations of the company, providing support, guidance, and strategic HR solutions to meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution processes.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring processes.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Training and Development
Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Provide information and support to employees regarding benefits.
Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.
HR Analytics and Reporting
Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision - making.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.

Requirements Job Title: Supervisor / Implant Hosur Plant Location: Hosur Plant, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full Time Onsite (Contract)
Job Summary: The Supervisor/Implant will manage deployed workforce at Hosur plant, ensuring onboarding, attendance, shift coordination, discipline, compliance, and seamless communication between Tata and the staffing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance, shift rosters, and manpower allocation.
Ensure daily manpower availability and track absenteeism.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation & PPE issuance.
Provide floor-level supervision and worker discipline monitoring.
Act as SPOC between Tata and the manpower agency.
Support client meetings, escalations, and reviews.
Ensure compliance: PF/ESI, ID cards, records, audits.
Handle employee grievances and reduce attrition.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Skills Required:
Strong people-handling skills
Hindi/Tamil communication preferred
Basic Excel & reporting
Manufacturing plant environment knowledge
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Experience: 1 4 years in manpower supervision/implant coordination
Salary Range: 18,000 25,000 per month (CTC) + allowances
