Job Description

Notion Press is looking for Author Relationship Manager Team Lead to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to manage author relationships and drive business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of authors to achieve their goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with authors, publishers, and other stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in author relationship management and team leadership.
