About The Opportunity

• Design and deliver inquiry‑based IB PYP units and daily lessons aligned to the school scope & sequence and IB standards.
• Create and implement differentiated learning plans and formative/summative assessments to meet diverse learner needs.
• Fulfil homeroom duties: monitor student wellbeing, maintain learner profiles/portfolios, and communicate progress with parents.
• Use digital classroom platforms (ManageBac, Seesaw, Google Classroom) to record learning evidence, submit reports, and coordinate with parents and leadership.
• Collaborate with grade‑level teams and specialist teachers to plan transdisciplinary learning and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in IB moderation, accreditation activities, and ongoing professional development to maintain teaching excellence.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Recognised teaching qualification and evidence of IB PYP workshop completion or current PYP authorization.
• Proven experience delivering the IB PYP curriculum in primary/elementary classrooms with strong classroom management.
• Demonstrable expertise in inquiry‑based pedagogy, differentiated instruction, and formative assessment design.
• Experience using ManageBac, Seesaw or Google Classroom for planning, assessment and parent communication.
  

Preferred

• Experience in international schools or multiple curriculum contexts (IB/CBSE/IGCSE) and/or PYP coordinator experience.
• Additional IB training or leadership credentials in primary curriculum development.
