Role Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Teach Science subjects to students in the secondary grades (TGT). Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and understanding. Encourage student participation and foster a love for science. Utilize various teaching methods to enhance learning and retention. Prepare instructional materials and aids to support learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in teaching Science. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches. Manage classroom behavior and establish rules to ensure a respectful atmosphere. Organize science fairs and related extracurricular activities. Provide personalized support to students as needed. Maintain records of student attendance and academic performance. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Education or relevant Science field. B.Ed. is strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in CBSE schools. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum design. Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners. Strong classroom management abilities. Familiarity with educational technology tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong organization and time-management skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Innovative and creative approach to teaching. Empathy and understanding towards students needs. Willingness to contribute to school initiatives beyond the classroom. Must Have: 3+ years of experience teaching in CBSE curriculum schools. Excellent English communication skills. Bachelor s degree in a relevant subject with teaching certification Currently residing in Bangalore or willing to relocate, but availability for in-person demo is mandatory.
