Job Title: SEN Teacher (Special Education Needs) Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore School Type: CBSE Curriculum School Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific learning needs of students with special needs. Support students with a range of difficulties including learning disabilities, speech or language impairments, ADHD, and behavioral or emotional challenges. Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments. Use specialized instructional strategies and assistive technologies to enhance student learning and participation. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Provide training or guidance to staff and parents to support the integration of students with special needs. Ensure compliance with CBSE and school-specific SEN policies and protocols. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Special Education or related field Recognized teaching certification in Special Education Minimum 3 years of experience working as an SEN teacher in a CBSE or similar curriculum school Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse needs Currently residing in Bangalore or willing to relocate (in-person demo is mandatory)
