Roles and Responsibilities. Conduct English Language Training sessions for individuals and groups.

Assess the training needs of individuals and develop customized training programs.

Provide guidance and support to individuals in overcoming personal and professional challenges.

Implement various teaching methodologies and techniques to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes.

Assist individuals in developing effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Create and deliver engaging presentations and workshops on personality development topics.

Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development.

Collaborate with other trainers and team members to develop innovative training materials and resources.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant evaluations
