Position : Senior HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resource

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai

Availability: Immediate Joinee (Only Female)

Working Days: Mon - Sat

Work Timing: 9:30 to 18:30

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for all open positions.

* Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

* Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques.

* Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations before forwarding profiles to hiring managers.

* Negotiate salary offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Organize job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events to enhance talent outreach.

* Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

* Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports for management.

* Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality of hire.

* Recommend new sourcing channels, technologies, and tools to improve hiring effectiveness.

* Maintain proper documentation of job descriptions, interview feedback, and offer letters.

Qualifications

Education - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).

Experience - Minimum 3 -5 years of recruitment experience,

Expertise

* Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple job levels and business functions.

* Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.

Skills:

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with recruiting software, job portals and MS Office tools.
