Job Title : Quality Analyst

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgram, Noida, Indore (Hybrid)

Duration : Long Term

Works with product owners and application teams to establish and execute test scenarios and associated data, with the primary goal being early detection of software issues and quality improvement. Will typically focus on manual testing or establishing repeatable efficient testing routines. Supports SDLC process.

Primary Skill

SQA, Testing, Requirements gathering

Secondary Skill

Java, Selenium Automation Knowledge

Required Skills

4-8 years of hands-on testing experience. Previous experience working in an Agile SCRUM development environment. Proficient to work on all phases of QA activities including detailed script analysis, requirement and design analysis, test scripting design and strategies/development, execution at scale, and defect reporting and tracking. Hands-on experience developing smoke, functional, and regression testing scripts for UI, API services, and back end application layers. Proficient in SQL. Experience using JIRA to support SDLC processes. Willing and able to provide guidance and knowledge sharing with junior-level resources. Working experience in a large or Global organization. Excellent communication skills: must be able to communicate with developers to coordinate feature and integration testing requirements.

Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Financial Service background or experience preferred. Test automation experience also preferred but not mandatory.
