Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other

channels.

Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication.

Sales Pitch: Present products and services to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.

Sales Target: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads and close sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and

campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
