Roles and Responsibilities

Manage field work activities, including site visits, property inspections, and client meetings.
Conduct market research to identify potential real estate opportunities and trends.
Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse data and present findings effectively.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills by working collaboratively as part of a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in real estate or related field (freshers welcome).
Advanced proficiency in English language (fluent verbal & written) for effective communication.
Strong understanding of BCOM concepts for informed decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building client relationships.
