Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and field visits.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar rooftop solutions.
  • Present technical and financial aspects of the solar proposal including ROI, payback period, and savings.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and project management team for site surveys, proposals, and installations.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the management.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale service satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies or subsidies.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic technical understanding of solar PV systems is a plus.
