Job Summary

IICS Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of

  IICS-based data integration, application integration, and transformation solutions

  for diverse business needs.

• Drive and manage PowerCenter to IICS (PC2IICS) migration projects

  , including assessment, migration strategy, execution, and validation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design scalable architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement data pipelines, mappings, workflows, and integrations using IICS tools like

  Data Integration, Application Integration, and Data Quality

  .
• Optimize data integration processes for performance, scalability, and security while ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing hands-on technical support and fostering their professional growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and provide timely solutions to ensure seamless data flow.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud data integration and recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are on time and meet quality expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in

  Data Integration and ETL

  , with at least

  3+ years of hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Cloud Data Integration (CDI)

  ,

  Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

  , and

  Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

  .
• Proven experience in

  PowerCenter to IICS migration (PC2IICS)

  , including migration assessment, conversion of mappings/workflows, and post-migration validation.
• Proficiency in developing complex mappings, workflows, and task flows in IICS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related data services (e.g., S3, Azure Data Lake, BigQuery).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Hands-on experience in

  REST/SOAP API integrations

  and

  event-driven architecture

  .
• Knowledge of

  shell scripting, Python

  , or similar languages to support automation and custom solutions.
• Familiarity with

  Master Data Management (MDM)

  and enterprise data governance principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Informatica certifications in

  IICS

  or related modules.
• Experience leading technical teams in agile project environments.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML-driven data solutions

  is a plus.
