What would you do? The person taking up this role will be responsible for the preparation and support of standard HR reports, using data from internal and client systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring proficiency in Excel, with basic exposure to PowerQuery and VBA for report automation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with data accurately, and a willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Roles and Responsibilities: Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from HCM systems such as OBIEE and Visier Analytics Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding Be flexible and available to work in rotational shifts as required by business and client needs
