📍 Locations: Maharashtra | Gujarat | Vadodara | Surat | Goa (West India)Candidate can be based anywhere in West India 🧭 Experience: 8–12 years (Transformer / Power / Renewable Energy industry)🏢 Department: Sales & Marketing👥 Open Positions: 2💼 Employment Type: Full-time⚡ About KRYFS | A Zetwerk CompanyKRYFS is now part of Zetwerk, one of India’s fastest-growing unicorns — achieving a USD 3 billion valuation within just 7 years.With Zetwerk’s cutting-edge technology and KRYFS’s 30+ years of transformer manufacturing expertise, we are building a future-ready organization that’s shaping India’s energy and manufacturing landscape.Join us in powering the next phase of growth in the renewable and power transformer sector.🚀 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to spearhead sales of Inverter Duty Transformers (IDTs) and Solar Transformers across India and export markets.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformer or renewable energy sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for IDT and Solar Transformers (domestic & international markets).Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Build strong relationships with EPCs, solar developers, utilities, OEMs, and private clients.Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.Coordinate with Design, Production, and Service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.Represent KRYFS at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.Maintain updated sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.🎓 RequirementsB.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).8–12 years of experience in transformer, power, or renewable energy sales.Strong understanding of Inverter Duty Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and Solar Power applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong network with EPCs, solar developers, and utilities.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.💡 Why Join UsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Work with one of India’s fastest-growing companies in the renewable and power sector.Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work culture.
