Job Description

Job Role: E-Channel Executive (Digital Sales Voice Process)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to promote banking products through digital channels.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant products and solutions.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and conversion.
Follow up with leads and maintain daily sales trackers.
Ensure compliance with banking guidelines and processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Freshers:
eligible.
Education:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Age:
18 to 32 years.
Communication:
Good verbal communication skills
Employment Gap:
No gaps exceeding 6 months will be considered.

Job Details:

Salary:

Up to 2.79 LPA CTC
(based on interview performance).
Shift Timing:
9-hour shift between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (rotational).
Week Offs:

5-day working with 2 rotational week-offs
(Saturday & Sunday not fixed). To schedule your interview
