Job Summary

As a Senior Consultant you will leverage your expertise in Contracts and Agreements along with iCertis to provide strategic insights and solutions in the Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics domains. Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive innovation. Your role will significantly contribute to the companys mission of advancing scientific research and development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of iCertis solutions to streamline contract management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on cheminformatics and bioinformatics projects ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in contract management.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team members understanding of iCertis and its application in the life sciences domain.
  • Conduct regular audits of contract management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement strategies to optimize the use of iCertis in managing complex contracts and agreements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in cheminformatics and bioinformatics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities by providing insights into contract management and domain-specific expertise.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of iCertis with existing systems and processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of contract management practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues related to iCertis and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex contracts and agreements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of iCertis and its application in contract management.
