Job Description

About The Role

Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Icertis, Workato, ICI (Technical and Functional).

Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate problems related to the CLM platform.

Implement advanced configurations within CLM (Icertis) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.

Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Icertis) data structures and processes.

Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Icertis) platform issues and best practices.

Handle buyer/support/manager updates.

Perform agreement expiry date updates.

Manage notification updates.

Create or amend help text as required.

Remove users from teams in notifications as needed.
