Job Description

Watson Pharma Private Limited. is looking for IBP Organization Change Management Lead to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Analyze data and metrics to measure project performance and inform future decisions.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with project management tools and technologies is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills are needed to motivate and guide team members.
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
