How you'll spend your day

 

Program Governance & PMO

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, meeting cadences, and reporting routines in the OCM workstream of the IBP Program .
  • Track OCM program milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve bottlenecks .
  • Support the OCM meeting preparations, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment .
  • Ensure consistency in documentation, templates, and best practices in OCM across the program.

Organizational Change Management

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies aligned with IBP objectives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
  • Articulate the case for change and What s In It For Me (WIIFM) for impacted groups.
  • Identify and manage change impacts, ensuring business readiness and adoption.
  • Coordinate with change champions and super-users to promote buy-in and sustainment.
  • Support, facilitate (preferred) and guide trainers in preparing, curating content and running training sessions (Train-the-Trainer, End User Training), ensure readiness for training sessions, administer recordings, summaries and follow-ups. Bring best practices for training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and synchronization in OCM activities.
  • Serve as a focal point for deployment and adoption activities, connecting day-to-day execution to the IBP vision and narrative.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Minimum of degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent 5 7 years or Graduate/PG in B. A/ B. Com / BBA, MBA
  • Industry preference is Pharmaceutical / Health Care / Life Science.
  • Organized, flexible and self-motivated personality;
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Office, Reporting;
  • Good process skills to manage and improve complex processes cross functional.
  • Experience in fast-paced multinational matrix organization;
  • Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills;
  • Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers;
  • Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall organisation goals and objectives;
  • Flexible and able to work in a changing environment
  • Strong focus on improvement opportunities
  • Want to work in a new (to be) established team
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure, solid multitasking skills.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions.

JOB CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Ability to travel within & outside India when required
