What would you do? The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project governance, standards, and controls to ensure effective delivery of programs and projects aligned with organizational strategy. This role provides oversight, reporting, and strategic support to senior leadership across the project portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and deliverablesMaintain project governance, documentation, and compliance with defined standardsTrack project progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependenciesManage RAID logs and ensure timely resolution and follow-upsPrepare and publish weekly/monthly project status reports and dashboardsSupport budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysisCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholdersFacilitate project meetings, reviews, and steering committee sessionsManage change requests and ensure proper approvals are obtainedEnsure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)Maintain accurate project records, repositories, and audit trailsSupport quality checks, audits, and project closure activities
