What would you do?
The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project governance, standards, and controls to ensure effective delivery of programs and projects aligned with organizational strategy. This role provides oversight, reporting, and strategic support to senior leadership across the project portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. We care for the health and well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform their role responsibilities. Active participation in Accenture’s well-being support program, designed specifically for the Trust & Safety community, provides valuable skills to promote individual and collective well-being.

What are we looking for?
  • Strong project coordination and governance expertise
  • Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments
  • Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
  • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
  • Support end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines against the approved plan
  • Maintain project governance, documentation, and change control processes
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items; ensure timely closure
  • Prepare and circulate project status reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Support financial tracking including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and steering committee forums
  • Ensure adherence to defined project management methodologies and standards
  • Support audit, compliance, and quality requirements for the project
  • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
  • Excellent comprehension, communication skills
  • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain project governance, documentation, and compliance with defined standards
  • Track project progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage RAID logs and ensure timely resolution and follow-ups
  • Prepare and publish weekly/monthly project status reports and dashboards
  • Support budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and steering committee sessions
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper approvals are obtained
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
  • Maintain accurate project records, repositories, and audit trails
  • Support quality checks, audits, and project closure activities
