Job Description

You will play a key role as a Transportation and Logistics Operations Assistant II, conducting production activities to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and uphold quality standards. Your responsibilities will include contributing to regulatory compliance procedures, managing data, reporting, and analysis, handling shipping and client interactions, as well as overseeing business partnerships, resource management, budgeting, and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of regulatory compliance procedures. - Gather, organize, and input data into systems. - Plan, manage, and evaluate production operations to meet output and quality goals. - Perform administrative tasks to support shipment execution using industry-standard procedures. - Address complex administrative, technical, or customer support issues independently, escalating only the most challenging problems. - Manage vendors and inventory, update daily stock, coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance and safety, and focus on system and process improvements. - Utilize ERP systems for tracking and planning, optimize inbound processes, and implement automation and digital tracking tools. - Fulfill any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Graduation or higher degree. - Proficiency in both English and Hindi. - Openness to work in either Ramanagaram, Karnataka, or Shirur, Maharashtra.,
