Job Description

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end operational support for WSO2 as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. Your main duties will include: - Day-to-day management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of WSO2 services. - Ensuring high availability, security, and compliance of the identity infrastructure. - Supporting integrations with other enterprise systems such as SSO, federation, MFA, and user lifecycle management. - Managing upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation for WSO2 and its plugins. - Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and a knowledge base for all WSO2-related operations. - Supporting audits, compliance checks, and reporting as per Clients policies. As an MSP, your responsibilities will include: Operations & Support: - Providing 24x7 support for incidents, service requests, and problem management related to WSO2. - Timely detection, escalation, and resolution of issues, with root cause analysis for major incidents. - Following the client's change control process for all changes and documenting them. - Maintaining accurate CMDB entries for all WSO2 components and environments. - Ensuring regular backups, test restores, and participating in DR drills for WSO2 environments. Security & Compliance: - Regular scanning, patching, and remediation of WSO2 and its plugins for vulnerability management. - Providing logs, evidence, and documentation for internal/external audits. - Complying with Clients information security, privacy, and compliance policies. - Enforcing least privilege, managing privileged accounts, and supporting user lifecycle operations. Service Levels & Reporting: - Meeting or exceeding agreed SLAs for incident response, resolution, and service availability. - Providing regular reports as per contract requirements. - Participating in governance meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction surveys. Knowledge Management: - Maintaining and updating SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for WSO2 operations. - Providing training and knowledge transfer to customer teams as needed. You will need to focus on proactive monitoring, automation for routine tasks, continuous improvement, collaboration with Clients IT/security teams, compliance with Clients standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to manage WSO2 alongside other critical tools and ensure seamless integration and operation across the stack.,
