We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Security & Privacy Architect and SDL Coach to join our team and help enhance the security posture of our software development lifecycle. This role requires a strong foundation in code analysis, security architecture, and coaching teams on security best practices. You will collaborate closely with development teams, conduct security assessments, guide secure coding practices, and ensure adherence to industry standards. As a Security & Privacy Architect, your responsibilities will include identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable recommendations to mitigate security risks. In your role as an SDL Coach, you will assist application teams in integrating security-focused practices into their software development lifecycle (SDLC) while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like PCI-DSS. Your key responsibilities will involve code analysis, scanning, and remediation. You will configure and operate security scanning tools, perform static and dynamic code analysis, guide teams in remediating vulnerabilities, prioritize critical security issues, and escalate them for immediate resolution when necessary. You will also be responsible for conducting security assessments, offering actionable recommendations to address security gaps, assisting in the design of secure application architectures, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Furthermore, you will conduct Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) Coaching and Assessments, promote the adoption of security best practices, provide coaching and mentoring to developers, and participate in security risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in application security, possess a strong understanding of secure software development practices, be familiar with security tools and frameworks, and have knowledge of security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques. Additionally, you should have experience with common security frameworks, proficiency in programming/scripting languages, and in-depth knowledge of industry compliance standards. Preferred qualifications include security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, experience with cloud security best practices, and familiarity with integrating security practices into DevOps pipelines and workflows. Validate remediation efforts from internal customers. Investigate possible security exceptions. Update, maintain and document security controls. Ensure application teams are implementing remediations within SLA Maintain documentation of work performed and remediation actions using ServiceNow ticketing system What you should possess Strong customer focus with the ability to advise and work closely with application teams and vendors on mitigation. Exposure to commercial and open-source tools such as Burpsuite, WebInspect, , Qualys, nmap, etc. Experience cataloguing and risk-scoring vulnerabilities discovered through assessments. Knowledge about public cloud environments Knowledge about basic computer networking and HTTP Good understanding and experience with: Web application security assessment, including hands-on techniques. Hands-on experience in identifying, mitigating, and remediating vulnerabilities based on OWASP Top10 (API, Web) Basic Scripting knowledge with the capability to automate analysis of technical engineering tasks using python, bash, or the use of PowerAutomate CVSS3 scoring and its use in risk rating. Basic experience with Linux Preferable certifications like CEH / ECSA / CompTIA or other equivalent security certifications What success looks like Prompt, effective review and collaboration on remediation of security vulnerabilities. Responsiveness to internal customer requests. Validation of remediated tickets within published service level agreements (SLAs). Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microsoft Administrator - Vulnerability Remediation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft platforms, vulnerability remediation, and VMware administration. This role requires a proactive professional with a focus on identifying and resolving vulnerabilities across a large number of hosts, ensuring robust system security and compliance. The position involves repetitive tasks, requiring consistency, precision, and adherence to established protocols. Key Responsibilities Vulnerability Remediation: Analyze, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across large-scale Microsoft environments. Implement patches, updates, and configuration changes to resolve vulnerabilities while minimizing disruptions to operations. Collaborate with security teams to ensure timely and effective mitigation of identified risks. Microsoft Platform Administration: Manage, monitor, and maintain Microsoft environments, including Windows Server and related services. Work with Azure Administration tasks, including provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based resources. Follow and implement standard work documents, protocols, and best practices for the Microsoft ecosystem. Azure Administration: Perform tasks related to Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations. Monitor and troubleshoot Azure-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security. VMware Administration: Oversee VMware infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of virtualized environments. Work with ESXi hosts, vCenter servers, and other VMware products to support business requirements. Conduct regular updates, backups, and performance optimization of VMware systems. Repetitive Task Management: Execute remediation processes consistently and accurately across a high volume of hosts. Document completed tasks and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft administration experience, with a strong focus on vulnerability remediation. 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft platform and Azure Administrator responsibilities. Solid experience in VMware administration, including virtualized environments and related tools. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Azure cloud services. Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and remediating security vulnerabilities. Experience with patch management tools and techniques. Strong understanding of VMware environments, including ESXi and vSphere. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures and standard documentation. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
