Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, and MFA systems and processes. Experience with secure provisioning, onboarding, and access policy configuration. Ability to conduct periodic access audits and certification campaigns. Incident handling and root cause analysis for identity-related security events. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with cloud-native IAM and federated identity management. Knowledge of automation-first models and smart ops capabilities. Exposure to regulatory compliance and audit processes. Participation in technical forums and advisory on IAM architecture improvements
