We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to develop campaign materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Support SEO and paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM and email marketing database.
• Help plan and execute promotional events and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (or relevant internships for entry-level).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media advertising and analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
• Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,355.18 per month
