Key Responsibilities

• Site Management & Supervision:

   Supervise and manage all on-site HVAC project execution activities, including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs.

• Safety & Quality Assurance:

   Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure all work complies with industry standards, local codes, and company policies.

• Project Scheduling & Planning:

   Coordinate with the planning/design team, clients, and subcontractors to schedule work and ensure projects are completed within established timelines.

• Coordination & Communication:

   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular progress reports and resolving technical or site-related issues efficiently.

• Resource Management:

   Manage and direct on-site teams, including site engineers and technicians, providing guidance, on-the-job training, and technical support to maximize manpower utilization and productivity.

• Documentation & Reporting:

   Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, documentation, and "as-built" drawings, ensuring all project documentation is complete and accurate.

• Technical Expertise:

   Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC system issues on-site, using in-depth knowledge of various systems (e.g., VRF, chillers, package units) to find prompt solutions. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

   A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field is preferred.

• Experience:

   Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution and site management.

• Technical Skills:

  In-depth knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems, controls, technical service procedures, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Management Skills:

   Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Communication:

   Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with diverse stakeholders.
