Role Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the building materials industry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role also includes mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within the building materials industry (preferably in doors, windows, or construction-related products). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
