Job Description: As an HR Strategy & Transformation professional, your role will involve specializing in select areas within HR to assist clients in targeting and delivering value for their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally - onsite, near shore, and offshore. Key Responsibilities: - Designing HR Operating Models, Organization Designs, and Capability Enhancements - Implementing Competency Based Talent Management including Modelling, Design, Assessment, and Integration with HR & Talent processes - Analyzing, planning, and optimizing Workforce effectiveness - Assessing, designing, and deploying HR Shared Services - Driving Process Excellence through HR & Talent Processes design, innovation, and Implementation - Leading HR SaaS Implementation projects involving process design, configuration, training, and Change Enablement Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in HR transformation and Talent Management projects - Deep expertise in at least one or more areas such as HR Operating Model, HR Shared Services, HR Process, HR Policy Design, HR Diagnostics/Analytics, HR Technology, Org Design, Talent Management, Project Management of large HRT engagements - Knowledge of HRIT and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) - Understanding of outsourcing business model of key HR processes - Prior relevant consulting experience - Experience working with international clients - Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with C-level executives - Ability to function in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm - Proficient in Pre-sales, sales, and delivery cycle in a global client engagement model - Possess an impressive executive demeanor, team-oriented and collaborative approach, excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities - Demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct with a strong understanding of operating and scaling a business - High integrity and credibility in all interactions - Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts - High energy levels, diplomatic, flexible, and a good team player,
