Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Intern at SkillQuest Learnings, a growing IT Training firm located in Bhubaneswar (Remote), you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include various tasks to support the HR department, such as assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining records, supporting onboarding activities, drafting HR policies, and conducting market research on HR best practices and industry trends. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in HR operations within the IT industry and a platform to kickstart your career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews for IT and software development roles - Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and documentation - Support the onboarding process for new hires - Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities - Draft HR policies, job descriptions, and offer letters - Conduct market research on HR best practices and industry trends - Address employee queries and provide administrative support in HR functions Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate discipline with a strong interest in building a career in the HR field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Interest in IT recruitment and HR technology tools - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of any HR software would be a plus - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn attitude Additional Company Details: Omit this section as no additional details about the company are mentioned in the job description.,
