Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Only Femal Candidate Required Developing Recruitment Strategies: Collaborating with hiring managers to create and implement effective recruitment plans, including job descriptions, advertising strategies, and sourcing methods. Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Evaluating resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Negotiating Offers and Onboarding: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Maintaining Candidate Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and reporting on recruitment effectiveness. Employer Branding: Contributing to building a strong employer brand by showcasing the company's culture and values. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
