Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions within the organization.

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn , Indeed etc.)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefit.
• Update all details in recruitment tracker & organize resume data bank properly.

Expertise and methodology :

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Min 3-6 years of experience in recruitment out of at least 2 year for manufacturing /engineering/automotive .
