Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain HR databases, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
