Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and onboarding new employees. The role includes collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and ensuring all recruitment actions comply with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and attracting skills, including experience with job boards and social media platforms
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Experience in managing hiring processes and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to collaborate with various departments and adapt to changing hiring needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment within the manufacturing sector is a plus
