Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Indore. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining an applicant tracking system. The recruiter will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies, participating in job fairs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
