Project Role Description :Provide expertise to develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle.

Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and enhance user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the design and development of applications- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical
