Provide expertise to develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Human Resources Practitioner, you will provide expertise to develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle. A typical day may involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives, addressing employee inquiries, and analyzing HR metrics to drive improvements in processes and employee engagement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management. - Experience with HR data analysis and reporting. - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations. - Ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
