About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources & Performance Manager to oversee our HR operations and performance management initiatives at the Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving employee engagement, optimizing HR processes, and aligning workforce performance with business goals—particularly across sales and operations teams.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys combining strategic HR management with hands-on implementation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit formalities.
• Develop and monitor performance management frameworks to enhance productivity and accountability.
• Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and KPI-based evaluations across departments.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws; assist with audits and required documentation.
• Organize employee engagement and team-building activities to strengthen workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR databases, employee records, and performance data using HRMS tools.
• Identify training gaps and implement professional development programs to improve individual and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in performance management or core HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HRMS tools, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be located in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
• Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is preferred.
