About The Role

As part of Human Resources, People & Culture at Headphone Zone, you’ll help build and nurture the team that makes everything we do possible.You’ll manage key HR processes — from hiring and onboarding to engagement, development, and culture initiatives. You’ll play an active role in helping Headphone Zone remain a place where great people do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management processes and feedback cycles.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Help plan team events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.
• Ensure HR compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and needs.
• Use tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and HR software for daily operations.
