Job Description

Plan, run, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube Ads), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Analyse campaign data and optimise for traffic, conversions, and ROAS Manage Email Marketing, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp Broadcasts to drive engagement and retention Conduct SEO research and contribute to improving organic visibility Write compelling ad copy and content for paid channels Prepare performance reports and insights for the marketing team and leadership Collaborate with Merchandising, Content, and Design teams to align campaigns with business priorities Test new growth strategies and continuously experiment to improve performance What We re Looking For Freshers are welcome! Or even better 1 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing Strong proficiency in English verbal and written Good understanding of SEO, Paid Media, Copywriting, Content Writing Analytical mindset comfortable working with reports, data, and Google Sheets / Excel Eager to learn and work hands-on with: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Email, Push, and WhatsApp Marketing tools A creative eye for messaging, targeting, and user psychology. A mindset aligned with our values: doing things the right way; learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; serving with grace and respect Based in Mumbai this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West Who You ll Work With You ll work within the Marketing team , in close collaboration with Merchandising, Content, and Design teams. You ll report to and be mentored by Kamna K , our Co-founder & CMO and will be actively involved in cross-functional discussions and business meetings as part of our flat, startup-style structure. What You ll Learn How to build and scale performance marketing campaigns across key channels Hands-on experience with: Understanding of growth metrics and how to analyse marketing performance. How Marketing, Merchandising, and Business Operations work together in a high-growth e-commerce brand. How to build a brand that grows profitably and sustainably without taking shortcuts
