Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Responding to cases via the ServiceNow portal within provided Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Meet agreed quality, productivity targets and customer satisfaction (cSAT) rating expectations
Promotion of self-service by showcasing available Knowledge Articles
Contribute to continuous improvement culture by suggesting actions to make improvements to operational activities as necessary
Accurate data input of Real Time Management (RTM) tasks

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in role and industry.
Worked in a high volume/complex contact centre/operations environment.
Prior experience of HR operations, query handling and managing HR systems like Workday, SAP, Success factor.

Graduation - Business/Human Resources (Preferred)
