Human Resources Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations Executive/Manager at a Design & Build Company based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations. With a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction, architecture, or interior fit-out industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR databases, and optimizing HR processes for efficiency and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining HR databases, employee files, and digital records, ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory filings such as PF, ESI, PT, coordinating HR audits, and updating HR policies. You will also be involved in managing onboarding, induction, and exit formalities, generating appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation, as well as coordinating background verification checks. Moreover, you will be required to maintain HRMS/ERP data, generate MIS reports, and optimize HR processes for efficiency and compliance. Acting as the HR point-of-contact for site employees, you will coordinate with project managers for manpower movements and resource allocation, providing vital support to site and project teams. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, be proficient in HRMS software and MS Excel, and demonstrate a detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on process discipline. Ideally, you should hold a graduate or MBA degree in HR or a related field.
